Ara~ ? Are you sure that’s how you want to talk to the Queen of Tokiwadai? You’re supposed to be a nobody. Oh, but since I’m so nice – and since you’re such a cute one – I’ll let you in on my little secret. Don’t worry, I can’t read your mind. But I know that you hate me. But you shouldn’t! I’m actually a victim too.

I wasn’t just born with status or good looks. I actually used to be a boring little boy, a lonely Child Error who was never gonna amount to anything. That’s right, I was transformed into a girl when the scientists decided to use me for a secret experiment – that’s also how I got my little power. That’s why I want all the girls in this school to look their best, I don’t take beauty for granted. You should take better care of yourself – I think you would look amazing!

You know Misaka and her friends? It happened to them too. That's why they're always acting so strange. They’re supposed to be living their happy, carefree boyish lives – but the scientists took that away from them. But they are so much better as girls! It’s so cute when they have to run around acting all girly, doing all the school events, and getting involved with everyone’s problems, just because they think I’m suspecting them. Their friendship is so beautiful and special now! I shouldn’t do anything to ruin their fun school life, it would be wrong!

Oh, and I made the scientists forget about little ol’ me, and I put a stop to their silly experiment so no more boys would get hurt. Maybe I can have them forget about Misaka and her friends too. Tell me, what do you think I should do?

So “she” might be my rival, and she might get a little annoyed sometimes... but I’m actually being a great friend! When someone is struggling, I feel sorry for them, I never take advantage of anyone. I’m not manipulating anyone’s minds, I’ve just made a few little changes so it’s easier for everyone to respect me, and I have a few friends help me with my work so I can focus on the important things. Don’t I make for such a great leader for our school?
